Blon, a company that made its name with the BL-03, an IEM that anyone who has browsed any kind of headphone forum or website will know, has officially released their new model, or at least it will be available as from the 15th of June.

This new model, named the BL-A8 Prometheus, is certainly an IEM that stands out from the crowd due to its aesthetics, which are like nothing seen in the IEM world before.

Available in two colours, Gunmetal and Silver, it has a shell design that can only be explained by showing an image. Looking as though it is a completely open design, the reality is that it has a completely closed cavity inside that houses a single 10mm dynamic driver.

Impedance: 32 Ohm.
Frequency Response: 20Hz-20kHz.
Sensitivity: 115dB.
Driver: 10mm New Lightweight Diaphragm.
Standard 2-pin connectors.

As from the 15th of June, the Prometheus will be available on HifiGo. I cannot post a link to the product sale page at this moment, as it doesn't exist yet, but I will edit this once it is available.
